Part of the benefit for my Vancouver clients when they book me is that 50% of my business is in the Lower Mainland. Having 50% of my time spent in Vancouver makes it easy to book their engagement close to home, while still having a local photographer for their wedding in Kelowna or its surrounding area. So even though I am a Kelowna photographer, it is easy to set something up on the coast as well. I shoot in the Lower Mainland nearly as often as I shoot in the Okanagan.
I had been wanting to shoot at Burnaby Lake for quite a while and I am happy we got to do their engagement there. Kim and Chad are a fantastic couple and a lot of fun to work with! They wanted a more natural look to their images, and fun shots without looking posed. The pics speak for themselves. There were so many great moments captured here! They got married in Kaleden shortly after this and the wedding photos are some of my favourite to date! Wedding pics to follow soon!
